Media Engine
MediaEngine is free software that allows a user to operate a computer in a vehicle environment without having to use a keyboard and mouse. MediaEngine uses a touchscreen and remote to give the user a more natural feeling interface. MediaEngine supports many different file types of music and movies, as well as multiple GPS systems, DVD, and XM Satellite / FM Radio.

Media engines that work seamlessly are becoming more valuable. Tons more people own smart TVs and so their demand for media engines is going up substantially. People want access to just about every media platform on one device. That creates a pretty big task for programers and developers, but it's well worth the work. We'll probably see a ton of really revolutionary media engine inventions coming out in the next couple of years.
